Our Aims and Objectives
To focus on the needs of our Service Users; promoting independence, self worth and safety within their own homes. Our agency is able to offer care to people living in Lowestoft, Kessingland, Southwold areas and surrounding villages. We aim to deliver a high standard of cost efficient care and to perform it pleasantly and professionally to the satisfaction of our service users in their own home at a time which is convenient with the service user. Service users should be given a realistic choice regarding their lifestyle, should they wish to stay in their own homes when not able to wholly look after themselves, it is our objective to help them do so safely, comfortably and as independently as possible.
We aim to promote active participation from our service users and to work together as a team. This can be attained through support, training and good communication.
